As I have shared earlier with everyone https://kinderplans.com,
www.babycenter.com, and http://www.educationworld.com/ are
great sites to visit. The main one I remand is Education World. They have
several articles that are helps with a lot of things. Following this website and receiving their
newsletters have answered many of my questions I have had. Through this website I have find tips on lesson
plan, tips on professional development, co-teaching tips, and tips about
technology.
Here is a link to one of the
newsletters I received weekly http://www.educationworld.com/a_admin/summer-brain-builders-for-educators.shtml. This particular article gives tip on summer
brain builders for educator. It meant
for middle school but it can still be use for all grade level teachers.
The websites I selected never responded
back and I forget who I have chosen to follow.
So recently I have been follow UNICEF, where I have found to great
articles on their website. Here is the
link so you can visit http://www.unicef.org/index.php. UNICEF organization focuses on health,
protection, education, and child survival, which are the basic for issues and
trends in some of the foreign countries.
They always have new information and
insight on health, protection, education, and child survival weekly. However, I
have not sign up for newsletters but by explore the site and reading different
articles I have gain a lot of information about foreign countries and what they
have issues and trends they have.
Hi Felicia,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your information on UNICEF. I think it is wonderful that there is an organization that focuses on children's health, protection, education, and child survival around the world. I am sure as you navigate through their website you will find many links to other organizations promoting the same things.
