Relationships/partnerships are important to me it helps communicate among each other. I found that having a good relationahip with my family helps me with anything that I might be going thru. I personally have a great relationship with my mother. We communicate everyday. She also watches my three kids while I work. The relationship we have is important because she let me know when my kids have done something new, especially the twins.
People I have positive relationships and partnerships are my family, local schools, coworkers, and different business we use for field trips.
Each relationship is positive we provide feedback among each other. Keeping each update on thing and doing business with each other. Maintaining this relationship is important because it keeps business going and it provide education for the kids we are servicing.

ReplyDeleteYour children are adorable! Like you stated above, I do find that having relationships and partnerships help me to communicate. I have learned a lot about myself by having relationships, including how important it is to be social and not so shy and withheld from people based on my own insecurities. It took me a while to learn how to come out of my shell but now I enjoy talking to people and have made a lot of very good friends. I think everyone I have met in my life has helped to shape me into the person I am today and everyone has taught me something about life no matter who it was/is. I think it's wonderful you have a great/close-knit relationship with your Mom and that she helps you with your children while you work. You are lucky- not a lot of people have that support. Don't take it for granted and don't forget to let your Mom know it's appreciated! A sweet card and a bouquet of flowers will surely brighten her day! Everyone loves to feel appreciated/loved- and we often forget to do small things to let people know we appreciate what they do for us. I bet your child are learning new things everyday and I bet you look forward to coming home and hearing about all the cute things they do! Felicia, you are a lucky woman to be as close as you are with your mother. I think it is wonderful that she is able to look after them while you are at work. That truly is a blessing! Having a good relationship with the person who is keeping your children, is essential in being able to trust that your children are being cared for. Luckily for you, you already have the communication down so there isn't a gap there. Thank you for sharing pictures of your beautiful children and about your relationships.
